Connect External Hard Drive To Blu Ray Player

We had an old blu-ray player that no longer could play the latest Blu-Ray discs or even new DVDs. This player does it all very well. We have other pay-for-view providers that look better after installing this player. We also find that it is faster when reacting to remote button pushes. There is little to no lag in sending/receiving commands. Our system has a seven channel surround system and the sound from this player is wonderful. It also make a big difference when playing CDs when we use it for a music player. This player is not inexpensive, but at this point has been worth every cent we spent on it. The people at B&H also got it to us with standard shipping in three days. If you are looking to purchase a new Blu-Ray player, this would be the one to purchase.

I'm using these cables to connect my blu-ray player, my dvr, my game console, my router and my cable modem to the world wide web of information. These cables are rated much much higher than the cables I found at my local electronics store and cost a quarter of the price. So far so good, my connective quality is better than before and they have yet to give me any problems.

I bought 2 of these GREAT looking cables, (one for my old Roku player and the other for my old Blu-ray player to connect to my Brand New Vizio 4K TV), and so far they're working perfectly!! They're very sturdy, thick, strong, and worth it with the such low price! OH, and they're certified by the HDMI organization!! Just buy them!! Geeee, what more can I say?

The best external drive I've had, outclasses both my old external DVD burner and my old Blu-ray burner

The drive installed easily with no problems, and has been easy to use. It included several programs, a player, data disc creator, adviser, label printer. It did not come with a video editing program, but worked perfectly with the one I already had. I was able to create (burn) several Blu Ray discs with no problems, which all worked in a standard Blu Ray player. All in all, an excellent drive so far.

This is the best external blu-ray drive I have ever owned. I have had 2 others and they pale in comparison to this unit. The asus unit is fast and powerful!

Jeez, it's been awhile since I bought an external drive that was built like this. I think it was an APS Magneto Optical drive, and the discs could hold 230MB each. I already have a CD/DVD burner, but I wanted to step up to Blu-Ray (I buy Lossless ALAC files online and wanted to back up a bunch). I knew that it didn't come with software and that I might have to buy Toast. However, I was able to burn a folder of files straight from the finder, I put the disc into my read only Blu Ray drive and it mounted with no problem. Happy with my purchase.
