Great for connecting gaming PC to IHS 2.1 speakers from Logitech. Fantastic sound quality from this cable and speaker combo

I was aware that this is a 2013 product, but I purchased it anyway because I wanted to connect my speakers (Logitech Z-5500) via an Optical cable, instead of the analog conection that my PC mainboard has. Windows 10 recognizes the card with no trouble, and the Creative driver still works after all these years.

Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch Keyboard has served me well over the years. Once in a while, they do wear out. I use two one for my bedroom PC & TV and the other for my living room PC and TV. they give me a long battery life with the Duracell Coppertop batteries. I have tried using smaller keyboards but none have worked as well as the Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch Keyboard. I hold it with my left hand and type with my right while sitting in my recliner. I bought one 47 TV few weeks ago but there was something missing, I felt so. Then I bought Logitech speakers and now my world is complete. This product is amazing. Sound quality is good. It doesn't occupy much space. Overall, the product is satisfactory in all terms.

We wantes to connect out PC's USB port to our speakers' XLR connections and this device does exactly that. No hum or line noise that we could hear. Great product.

I use the cable to split the audio to my PC speakers and my TV. It works fine for this application.

I got the product to connect my existing ceiling speakers for a 3.1 from TV so I can hear dialogues clearly without bulky equipment. This exactly fit my needs, no other products even begin to resolve my issue. Small footprint, large heart (read sound), beautiful apple-like design and easy connectivity. To top it all, customer service is out of the world, they sent me extra components, no questions asked, just to help me expand my system. Now I can connect my deck and basement speakers too. Sonos rocks !

I bought the PM6007 three years ago (and the CD6007 too) and it actually drives a pair of Triangle Borea BR08 floorstand loudspeakers, no problem at all with their minimum impedance of 3.3Ohm. Very satisfied of its sonic performance, the bass is full and deep, the highs are detailed, the declared 45W are enough for my 34m^2 living room, website Audio.com.pl tested it and found 64W @ 8Ohm and 81W @ 4Ohm at 0.1% THD, so better than declared. Using its optical input you can connect it to a smart TV and listen the TV audio via the external HiFi speakers, much better than a soundbar! A pity it hasn't the Bluetooth input too but I use a cheap external BT receiver with Optical out so I can use its good AK4490 internal DAC. Would be perfect if it would have the "Pre Out" + "Ampli In" RCA loopout so you can connect an external analog signal processor (e.g. an equalizer) or use the power amplifier stage to drive the main speakers in conjunction with an AVR receiver. Conclusion: I would buy it again!
