Nine years is a long time to use the same personal computer - this Mac Book Pro has a tough act to follow, because that iMac lasted nine whole years, and the screen size was luxurious. Naturally, such an old machine will be more difficult to migrate from. Migration Assisant could not connect to my old iMac over WIFI. I used a Western Digital Elements 5TB external drive (very affordable item) to make a Time Machine backup, and as soon as I had a way to connect to the USB-C Thunderbolt ports, I was in business with a migration via the backup. 5 |

This is my second wireless expanded keyboard and it works great. If you work with numbers, it is far easier than the standard keyboard that comes with my new iMac. However I do miss the touch button. 5 |
