This printer’s size is perfect for a small business owner because it does not take up a lot of room on your desk. You can use all paper sizes with this printer, however, there is only one paper tray that fits letter size. If you need to print with legal size, you must feed the paper through a slot (which is not ideal) but works fine. This is a very solid printer with enough functions to use as your main printer for your small business.

I use this to connect my laptop to my printer. It's great because I can't get my printer on the wireless network at my school and this cord lets me use it. It's a bit short but other than that works great and wasn't expensive.
