Connect Samsung Sound Bar To Tv Hdmi

We used this to connect a clients sound bar to their new (B&H TV) and it works great!

The new Arc, my thoughts: The ARC replaces the Soundbar and Soundbase, now with HDMI 2.1 and Dolby Atmos support, but is it worth it? The design of the bar is a matter of taste. I want to have an inconspicuous device which fits perfectly under my TV and Sonos delivers it. Design is not really important for me, like the sound, technic or compatibility Setting up the bar: just connect the bar with your TV at the HDMI (e)Arc port and power socket. The rest is be done by the Sonos App and really an easy setting up. After setup I highly recommend to to the true play, cause with the 3D Sound, also from above, the bar will be perfectly set to your room dimensions, also the height of the ceiling. Sound Experience : The sound of the bar is amazing with Dolby 5.1 and Atmos content! It´s a real masterpiece of engineering. I replaced the Soundbase with this bar and the sound is more fuller and roomfilling than the Base, which is also a real good Sonos product. But the bar is a even better. The bar on it´s own sounds really 3D. I normally use my 5.1 (now with the Bar 7.1.2) with the Sub and two Play 1 as rears (yes, they work perfectly as rears), but for normal TV, I often switch off the Sub and rears. Very often I had to check, if I really switched them off, cause the sound was so rich ans "sub-like" and also the behind channels were hearable without rears. Really Amazing this "virtual Sourround", the Front Stereo feeling was also realistic. I´m really impressed what Sonos constructed there. Neagative: The Bar is missing an HDMI Input which is really bad since most TV don´t have an eARC for uncompressed HD Sound, like blue ray or Apple TV. Dolby Digital+ over internal TV apps work very well and delivering ATMOS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really debated about getting this sound bar since I would be using it in my bedroom vs in living room. I thought I was happy with the speakers I had installed before it. I was wrong, wrong, wrong. The sound is sharp rich and full. I didn’t think having a separate subwoofer would make the difference it did, but it is amazing. Set up was simple enough since the EArc HDMI cable was included. I would say it should be more clear if using a streaming device as your primary source you will have to select the sound bar HDMI as input. But after selecting that I had to turn the sound bar way down lol. The subwoofer didn’t connect right away, but the instructions to connect manually worked well. My wife immediately noticed a big difference in the sound. The woofer was larger than I expected, but being wireless is a great advantage. I would say that this was a great upgrade to anyone’s system that didn’t want to have to many speakers but wanted that fill the room Dolby Atmos sound. This soundbar impresses

I have a samsung bluetooth sound bar that I pretty much use for all my music, TV, etc. its about 3 years old now and still works great. I recently purchased an Audio Technica turntable and wanted to connect it to my speaker. the installation was like 10 seconds and the connection to the speaker is amazing. sound quality is great and its easy to connect and disconnect. I saw a few other bluetooth adaptors but this one seems like it had the best connection.

I was able to unbox and setup within 10 minutes and it includes everything you need for various mounting forms etc. While I do not have much experience setting up speakers, Samsung has made it easy for me to plug in and connect to my television without the need for a professional. For the quality and sound of this sound bar you would expect to have some hard-wiring work done but this is not the case. I have it set up in the living room where I watch TV the most alongside family and friends. The surround sound is crisp, clean and immersive. The sound bar is sleek and provides a modern aesthetic. Did I mention you could connect to the sound bar wirelessly? You are able to connect to various smart devices like Amazon Alexa or Apple AirPlay with the smart integration system. Its powerful 5.1.2 Ch. True Dolby Atmos Sound makes my living room feel like a movie theater despite it being one system with a sound bar and subwoofer. Overall I'm highly impressed with the quality of this system and it's performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung HW-QS730D is the one of the best sound bar I have ever come across. The sound bar itself is heavy and has a simple but beautiful gray-black design. It came with a remote control and a subwoofer. Also has wall bracket for hanging it on a wall. The connection was so easy and the sound bar was able to connect to the subwoofer via Bluetooth. The sound bar makes me have a magical moment when watching my favorite tv program. The bass from the subwoofer is electrifying. Samsung brought their A game to this beautiful Sound bar. I was able to connect it to smartthings App. I couldn't use the Q symphony feature because I do not have a Samsung TV. Overall I love this sound bar and I highly recommend it.

About 6 months ago, I purchased a sound bar for my TV, but found it would not work with the HDMI cable, but only the optical connection. After some reading, I found that the HDMI cable had to have ethernet. The improvement with the new cable is more than I expected. The sound stays at a reasonable level and does not require constant adjustment. The unit turns on and off with the cable remote, so I could retire the TV and soundbar controls. I am delighted to have these improvements at a minimal cost.

I really liked how easy this sound bar was to set up. I could flip back and forth between the sound bar and the TV speakers to compare the two and there was a big difference when using the sound bar in terms of quality of sound. And of course loudness. For some reason using the optical cord between the TV and soundbar did not give me full functionality. So I ended up having to use a HDMI cable. It would have been nice if the sound bar came with an HDMI cable. Not sure why Bose does not include an HDMI cable.
