Everything works perfect, it was recognized by my laptop with Windows 10 immediately, without the need to install drivers. However it didn’t connect to my PC Windows XP, which isn’t really promised by description as I know, so it’s ok, but people who still have XP, probably will be disappointed. By the way, other 3TB Transcend HDD connects to my PC without any issues, so it’s unlikely a driver/USB port problem. Shipping was fast and everything came in great condition. I purchased two to work with both a desktop windows 10 PC and laptop. The webcam was immediately recognized as the default camera. I had to change the audio settings to make the webcam microphone be the default of choice. The quality and area of video behind my face was impressive. For the reduced price, this is bargain for your online experience. I highly recommend this product! 5 |

I use this to connect and live stream using an older camcorder with my Windows 10 laptop. I stream with vMix. Worked perfectly right from the start - plugged it in and every streaming software I've tried recognizes it (vMix, Zoom, Skype, ClickMeeting). 5 |

The scanner is easy to set up on Windows 10, and could connect to my laptop and phone wirelessly, since they connect to the same WiFi. Scanning is fast and picture quality is good. The scanner can do 2-sided scan, that makes scanning bulk documents very quick and convenient. I like that the software could produce editable PDF for my further processing. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-400 II Duplex Desktop Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |

I am very happy with this product. I got it to connect to my phone and all but I have some issues. I was very careful on what I was doing and found that they are not connecting to my PC. (Dell, Windows 10) It does not seem to pick up the headphones. The phone can do it but the PC can't. Is there something wrong with them? My PC is okay with other bluetooth devices. 5 |
