The headphone jack on the Mac Pro 2019 is actually a combo jack. This adapter lets you connect both a microphone and headphones into that one jack. Works great.

I bought these to connect to my Surface Pro Laptop, which does not have a headphone jack. These work great and provide sufficient sound quality for conference calls.

I use this cable to connect my Zoom H4N to my Nikon D7000. I love that fact that this cable gives me a headphone out jack. It works perfectly!!! I use B&H for my mission critcal purchases. I ordered the cable with overnight shipping! It arrived on time!

This is the perfect mic for recording a Skype interview. Here's how: Connect the mic's usb output to your computer. In the settings, select the Q2U as your incoming and outgoing sound card. Do the same in Skype. Connect the mic's headphone jack to a dedicated recorder like the Zoom H4, H5 or H6, in channel 1, using an 1/8 to 1/4 cord (or either one with an adaptor on one end). Run the XLR cord from the mic to channel 2 on the recorder. Connect your headphones to the recorder's headphone jack. Make sure the remote guest uses headphones too and both parties have no live speakers. When you're done, you will have a stereo recording with the guest's voice on one channel and your voice on the other. Edit in post as needed with a free DAW like Audacity. You can even sync with video.

I use this cable to connect various components to the headphone or mic jacks on my computer. This cable seems to be well made with fairly heavy wire and quality cable ends. I haven't had it long enough to discover how well it will hold up over time, but I expect it last as long as I don't abuse it.

I've used this system to plug directly into my computer and also to connect with a speaker using the phones/line out jack. The sound is clear and the microphone is decent, although the headset design is awkward. My main complaint is that you cannot adjust the gain on the go. You have to open the pack and use the little screwdriver provided. For the price, I was very pleased with this.
