Connect To Netgear Router Via Ethernet Cable

Purchased to connect a Wii to a cable router through an Ethernet cable to watch streaming Netflix. The setup was easy, just plugged-in the adapter, connected the cable, went into the Wii setup and told it to update, inserted the Netflix disk and I was done.

The Netgear cable modem provides 1000mbs to my router just like it says!

This is what I need. I want this device to connect to the wireless network (at hotel, etc) and provide me with an ethernet port. I will then connect an Amplifi Instant Router the the ethernet port on this TP-Link RE600X and provide me with my own private network. The Amplifi Instant Router will easily connect to my AmplifI HD router at home and create a VPN connection that can be used by any devices I travel with to give those devices access to my home network.

I like the wireless satellite. It will allow me to connect a window PC via Ethernet cable to the internet.

I used this simply to replace my Netgear CM400 (340Mbps) because my new Cable system I just upgraded now provides me with double the Ethernet and WiFi supply. It would be worthless paying more per month without upping to this, which now gives me up to 1.4 Gbps. "Speed matters"

Using with Comcast Xfinity works with no problem. Connect a Netgear R8300 router so I have 5G Connections all over inside house.

This is a fantastic Access Point. You still need a router so this device can allow clients to connect and assign them an IP. Netgear insight portal is convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Decided to replace my ISP modem/router with the Netgear modem only and connect to an Orbi mesh system for whole house internet. Easy setup.
