Connecting Apple Wireless Keyboard To Macbook Pro

I really like the Apple Magic Keyboard for my use and purposes. The weight of the keyboard is more substantial than I had been led to believe, which is nice. It instantly connects to my Macbook Pro vie bluetooth, and the internal battery lasts quite a long while (after two weeks it still had over 50% of power left). I'm used to only using the keyboard on my Macbook Pro, so the Magic Keyboard is a very familiar piece of hardware for me. 5 |

The Apple Wireless Keyboard is a convenient way of saving the use my keyboard on my Mac Book pro. I also love the grey steel color because it matches my computer. It truly makes a fashion statement. I bought the keyboard to save the use of my computer keyboard. 5 |

The Apple 14 MacBook Pro with M2 Max processor has been fantastic so far. Nice keyboard and sound, sharp display, quick and long battery life. Compared to my old Macbook Pro 13 with an Intel processor, this machine runs circles around it and doesn't even need to be plugged into power to do it. I was a bit worried about compatibility with the ARM based processor and some of my software but everything I use has worked either natively or with Rosetta 2 which has been seamless. 5 |

Loved my 2012 MacBook Pro, I really stressed over a replacement - initially ordered 2018 MB Air from B&H which arrived damaged and did re-think. It did feel like a hasty compromise when I ordered the MBA. I thought about how I used my 2012 MBP - mostly in one location and plugged into an outlet. The intrigue of the Mac Mini bit and stuck. I wanted BT 5.0 and that wasn't MADE available by Apple at the time. I liked the specs 3.0 chip, 256 GB etc and paired with Apple keyboard and mouse due to review complaints about connectivity with both devices. If there was an issue I would deliver all to the local Apple store and they could sort it out. I was really perplexed by Apple butterfly keyboard mechanism issues on their labtop line and their 4 year extended keyboard warranty from product introduction will roll around quickly. So Mac Mini with it's compromises (quiet speaker volume, no FaceTime camera or microphone) was decided and the last hurdle was finding a smaller display so I did not accidently knock it over. There are essentially 2 decent quality 14-16 5 |

Fits a 16 MacBook Pro, full size Apple keyboard with number pad and lots of papers, hard drives etc. It's nice to have a bag just for my computer and accessories instead of taking it in a rollerboard or backpack. 5 |

My working computer is a MacBook Pro 13 2017 4-port. I am learning video editing and needed more screen real estate. After researching prices for quality 4k monitor prices for my laptop, this iMac was only a few hundred $ more, and you have a new computer to boot. This machine is blazingly fast compared to my MacBook, and verified when checked with geekbench's free version, which is to be expected with a newer machine, and the screen is beautiful. My only complaint is with Apple not making the wireless keyboard with the same size keys and spacing as a MacBook. Going back and fourth between machines, as I do in my daily workflow, I find my fingers overshoot on the smaller wireless keyboard. The new Trackpad has some of the same feel issues as well. See my separate review. 5 |

I recently bought an HP Z32 to connect to my MacBook Pro. I wanted a wireless keyboard in order to sit further back from the large display and to be able to work with my MBP lid closed or off to one side. The keyboard feels great underhand and no wires means my small desk is uncluttered. The space grey and black tones, and thin profile of the keyboard looks like it was made to match the HP display. 5 |

Why, oh why do I have to be an Apple fanboy? It's so unattractive. But look. As a MacBook Pro user who has his laptop hooked up to a monitor, I do need an external keyboard. After Apple ditched the wired version, I refused to indulge them on their wireless shenanigans, and went for a third party product. Big surprise: It's not as good. Not as expensive, for sure, but saving forty dollars is not a bargain if you're constantly unhappy. And keys that won't respond, or are in the SLIGHTLY wrong position, or don't give your fingertips the right feedback, are like a pebble in your shoe. Gotta spring for the real deal. So far, it's still running on its first charge, so I can't even really complain about the wireless thing. You win again, evil empire. 5 |
