Connecting Bluetooth Keyboard To Android Device

For my pc noncompatible with Bluetooth, this help my need for connecting Bluetooth devices such as mouse/keyboard, microphones, and hearing aids. At first wasn't working due to manual/automatic operations within my computer, not having to do with the device at all. Check your system services before giving up if you face problems.

For charging my android phone and connecting it to my desktop computer

My main desktop machine is old enough not to have had bluetooth available. This device allows me to use my Logitech keyboard and trackball, and stream music all at the same time.

I have a 2019 Mac Mini that always had weak bluetooth reception for my mouse & keyboard. I bought is as "refurbished" and this is probably why someone returned it in the first place. Anyway, to get to the point, I ordered 4 solutions from Amazon and this Mini USB adaptor was the only device that fixed my problem. I'm using that same keyboard & mouse to type this review. Even though there wer no instructions on the device, I did plug it in, turn off the Bluetooth reception in the Mac Settings, used a wired mouse to turn Bluetooth back on again and it has worked perfectly for the past 3 weeks. This device is the best keyboard I have ever had, no lies. It has a great feel to it, and features 3 easy to use Bluetooth connections. As a software engineer, it has a satisfying button press feel to it. But it doesn’t make your fingers tired at ALL after typing code and commands during a long day.

Now I can use my Android device for data sharing and acquisition.

This makes connecting monitors with laptop, keyboard, and speakers really nice.

A very simple device which does it's job very well. I tried the Parrot app on my android and it worked very well.

Very good earbuds. I have Android system and had no problems connecting. ATMOS and 360 works very good. Sound is very nice using Amazon Unlimited.

The Genie One operates at about half or less of the volume (motor noise) of the original Genie. I had a VERY difficult time connecting to a brand new iPhone 12 to do the firmware upgrade and was about to give up and return it to B&H. I was able to update both of my 1st generation Genie Mini on the first try. The Syrp website suggests using an Android phone. I live in an all Apple household, and I was going to borrow a friend's Android, but tried one last thing. I have a 1st generation iPad Mini, and tried loading the newest version of the Syrp app onto it. That worked, so I tried connecting the Genie One, and voila, the iPad downloaded the update and loaded it onto the Genie One on the first try. There are some very nice upgrades to the app and device and all are compatible with the 1st generation Genie Minis that I have for pan/tilt. All in all a great system, but there were big hiccups on the firmware updates.
