Connecting Hp Wireless Printer To Netgear Router

This was the worst router I have ever used. After only 1 day of used it started connecting and disconnecting. I could reboot it and it would work a few hours. It took me almost 2 hours to connect to tech support even though I registered the router and was supposed to get priority support. I finally just returned the router and went back to my old non Netgear router. No more issues. I wanted to see if Wi-Fi 6 was that much better. I guess Netgear has work to do on their WiFi 6 system.

Great price for the amount of storage. This is my fourth external WD drive. All have been great. Only replaced the others because my library keeps growing. Haven't had an issue with any of them. Word of caution for those using a mac and connecting this to a netgear nighthawk 7800 router to back up wirelessly. You will need to reformat with the MacOS disk utility to a macOS extended (journal) format before your mac can see it in finder. The format it comes in works perfect when connecting directly to the mac, but not so good when connecting to the netgear router. After that was resolved all works well.

Finding instructions for setting up the speakers to a new router was the only difficult part and connecting my play ones to a wireless connection. Other than this I have a play 5, two play 1's, beam, and boost for a surround sound which is very premium if not THE BEST speakers you can buy. I've owned products since 2016 and have not been disappointed since especially since the speakers and the app get updates!

Upon doing a lot of research between other cable modem/router combos, I finally decided the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 was the best selection to fit my needs. I live in a home that is 1850 square ft and the wireless coverage reaches in all areas of the entire house with no problem as I performed multiple speed tests and the results were very consistent throughout. The setup through the router setup management interface was seamless and very user friendly. I was able to set up my 2.4Ghz, 5 GHz, and guest wireless networks in 3 minutes. I also like the fact that you can set parental controls to manage usage time and block inappropriate websites. The Netgear ReadyShare Vault is extremely handy for me so that I can share movies, pictures, and files across the network. Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

Purchased after having difficult experience with the Netgear Orbi. This Synology Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Router coupled with the Synology RT2600 AC Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router serve as the backbone for my 1.3k sqft apartment and I've experience no drops with higher throughput (compared to the Netgear Orbi). Great products, highly recommend.

This Netgear Modem is great. I did a speed test and hit 890Mbps which is insane! One thing to know is that it is non wireless. You will need a router if you have more than 1 wireless device. It was worth every penny though. I recommend getting a router anyway, it will improve a lot. Ditch your company rent boxes and get this!

I replace my Cox cable modem and wireless router with Netgear. The signal strength throughout my 2200 sqft house is great. I can even connect my outdoor TV to the internet now. I get the same speed on wireless as I do with the computer plugged into the internet. Great products.

This router is such a great replacement to the old Netgear router we had.

the printer came quickly in well protected packaging. the installation was a breeze, less than 5 minutes, in connecting to the router. all firmware update thru the wifi. this is my 3rd Canon printer over the last 15 years and the installation is getting much better. the printer motor is also less noisy than the old i'm replacing. startup is fast.
