I purchased the NETGEAR CM3700 modem on April 4th. It was to replace my older NETGEAR modem/router. This one is much faster. At first I had issues connecting it to my Xfinity cale system. I called NNETGEAR support, and they were able to assist me in what the cause was. It turned out that i needed to contact Xfinity and have them add it to my account. Since then, my new modem has been working very well paired with a new wireless router mesh system. 5 |
