Console Armrest That Fits In A Geo Tracker

Used this on a photo shoot and it worked quite well. The model posed on it, supported by the attachable armrest and footrest.

I love the Slik ECH-630 compact star tracker because you can take it anywhere and it fits in my camera bags perfectly and does not take up a lot of space like my other larger trackers. The quality of the product is excellent and is solidly built. I have used this for multiple time-lapse and milky way shots even during the last solar eclipse. one of the best features is being able to connect an external USB battery pack and it gives you days instead of just 20 hours. The only issue I have with this star tracker is the alignment using just the 2 visual ports on the device but I have a solution for that and purchased a green bore laser and can now polar align perfectly. I highly recommend this and also the SLIK SMH-250.

This is exactly what I needed--a simple, effective, and portable star tracker at a decent price. Yes, it fits in the bag nicely. The device is very well built. No messing with WiFi connections in the dark and cold as my other tracker requires. There are some trade-offs in terms of carrying capacity and longer exposures are difficult. It is the right balance of attributes for me. Money well spent.

The case fits the phone perfectly. The phone doesn't slip off the dash or center console of my truck, it stays still. It fits in the pocket nicely and give a good gripping surface.

The flat cable fits better in the car's center console and can be tucked nicely to allow the flip up door to close nicely. It is also ideal around the kitty cat. The kitty cat chews on the round cables and not this flat cable.

I purchased this specifically to hold my Nikon D500 with mounted 200-500 lens on the center console of my kayak. The D500 with this lens fits in the Storm case albeit the hood does have to be reversed. I wanted this so that I could quickly access my camera rather than fiddling with a dry bag. I have an an Ocean Kayak Big Game 2 and was able to drill some small holes in the latch flanges on the outside and clip to the center console right in front. I wish it was an inch longer to accommodate with the hood attached but no big deal.  The combo fits but you wont be able to have the battery grip on it.

This flash drive is very compact and fits right inside my Tesla Model 3 center console compartment. 256GB is good enough to store the security video.

Great notebook. I use this as my gardening tracker so it holds up well.

While I cannot compare this with the competitions’ offerings, the reviews here and the endorsement by Nat’l Geo photographer Joel Sartore persuaded me. That said, my expectations were exceeded. The quality is impeccable in all respects! I also had a question about installation on my tripod and Wimberley’s customer support was great. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for.

If you want to geo tag your photos this is the perfect way. Slip it on the hot shoe, turn the GPS function on in your camera and you are all set. Different cameras take different units so be sure to check for compatibility. Make sure your camera has the GPS functionality.
