I haven't checked the response curve, but it sounds clean and natural on all normal programs I have used. It's true that all small transformers like this one can saturate somewhere between 20Hz and a 100Hz, especially on line level signals. But the effect would be progressive the lower Hz you go, and the harmonics produced would be even, so some people might find it pleasant. The cool thing about this is how solid it is built, no batteries, multiple ins and outs, and it's light weight and compact for gear bags to go. It solves problems. 5 |

The battery is for an older calculator. Back of the calculator indicated a different battery. After opening the calculator took the old battery out and the new one from B&H in it's place. Simple fix. 5 |
