If you like visiting historical places like Colonial Williamsburg and getting great shots inside buildings this lens will serve you well. Of course it will serve well for landscape also. The build quality is excellent and of course the optical quality is excellent also. So often people will say, “it’s a good lens for the money.” What does that mean? Pixel peepers can probably find fault with any lens but for folks who like to view a photograph in its entirety this is a great lens at any price. An added benefit - this lens is solid enough and heavy enough to make a good weapon, albeit an expensive one, if the need arises. 5 |
