Consumer Reports Printers Brother Or Hp

I purchased this Brother printer because Consumer Reports said it was the most "ink friendly" and wouldn't put me in the poor house. It has proven to be true over time.

I love the Brother printer. I have used HP all of my life. This is so much easier. HP Printers seem to have issues after awhile when you change toner. I’m so glad I made the switch. It was easy to install and it is much quieter than old printer and doesn’t make random noises.

I have a small business, and have always had HP printers, this is my first Brother printer. Easy to install, features easy to use, its way more quiet--Love my new printer!

Should have bought a Brother earlier. Have had Samsung and HP printers, they never really could connect wireless very well. The Brother just works. Always.

This printer was highly rated in Consumer Reports and it has not disappointed. It ran smoothly the first time and every time.

For disposable batteries, these are the best! They really do have 9x the capacity of standard batteries - Consumer Reports tested them. They ARE lithium batteries so they weigh less. I've never had any fire or overheating problems but I am aware that lithium batteries can have these problems. They have a long shelf life as well. I primarily use rechargeable batteries but I keep these in my camera bag as a backup. The price from B&H is competitive.

Very pleased with the quality of this screen. Noted evaluation in Consumer Reports as I was researching to upgrade a 10 year old screen. Upgrade necessary as I have initiated a project to edit and sell underwater photography. Was very pleased with the ease of unpacking and setting up the screen. Delivered with a convenient stand which I am using on my desk as well as two sets of cable to connect to computer. Was not familiar with the brand but am delighted with my first investment.

this is my first non-film camera. I purchased the Pentax for two reasons: 1--a best buy in Consumer Reports; 2. I've always had Pentax or Chinon and can use the lenses. It is a very cool camera. I found that following the operating manual is pretty simple, the dials, buttons, etc., were well laid out and easy to use. I really am extremely pleased. Also, the help and speed at B&H was remarkable.

Consumer Reports gives Epson's XP-830 a TOP rating for use (ink+) cost. THAT RATING IS COMPLETELY FLAGITIOUS from my experience with a new printer. The printer is fantastic in all other ways. But ink use/cost is terrible. It guzzles the ink cartridges supplied with the printer. And the OEM versions sell for LIST PRICE, period. These XL cartridges may prove to be a relief but at twice the price they'll have to exceed the claimed output rating. At least B&H Photo sells them with free shipping if you buy 2 or more and their service is perfect.
