Contact Center Wireless Headsets

We have purchased 8 of these headsets. Our call center of about uses the new headsets for about 7 hours per day. I have not had a single complaint. We have received compliments from customers about the clarity and sound quality.

We Use these headsets in our fitness center for Aerobics and on the tennis courts. They save the instructors voices and the kids love having music and cuing during tennis clinics..... B&H Photo has been Great to work with.... Great pro audio dept.

We use these headsets in our Member Call Center. It allows for a hands free environment so that you can move about the office while still assisting a caller. The multiple headsets option is a plus for those who like over the ear or headset.The sound quality is superb! It is crystal clear and the caller rarely hears the in office noise.Over all good solid product.

This product is one of the best wireless headsets i have purchased so far for teaching group fitness training.

Great center pinch cap. Locks solidly into filters. The cap is shallow and does not contact the filter or lens glass even with low profile filters. Great alternative to the original equipment cap (Canon in this case)

Crystal clear quality! I've had so many issues with other headsets (wireless/Bluetooth) that I wanted to give this a try. The USB cord is long so it doesn't keep me "tied" to the area. The volume is great which makes the audio quality even better!

A significant improvement over earlier versions of Sennheiser wireless headsets. The RS 175 system sound is noticeably cleaner. Also appreciate the option to employ surround sound and bass boost.

I Bought because they came up under a search for wireless gaming headsets, sadly I had to return them because they were both of the sort, But Harman representative went above and beyond to help me find the Quantum 600 which meet all the criteria I was looking for.

For the price, this is a really excellent set-up and the shure wireless transmitter can work with other more advanced headsets if you want to upgrade. But in general this is very high quality for the price.

Probably one of the most fluid headsets that I have used for VR. It's comfortable, tracks really well, and the ability to go wireless is one of the most underrated features about this headset. There is next to no latency when wireless and you can still enjoy all of your steam vr games as well. Definitely recommend it, especially at this price point.
