Had ordered an HP compatable cartrdge previously. About halfway through the cartridge it starded smearing and skipping. Have never had a problem with HP. 5 |

I ordered 3 ink cartridges, two black and one color. After installing the first black ink cartridge, my printer said there was a problem with the cartridge. I removed it and reinstalled it twice more with the same result. The second one was installed and worked great. I followed the instructions for returning defective items and was quickly reimbursed for the defective one. I mailed the defective cartridge using the label HP provided. The service was good enough for 5 stars in spite of the defective cartridge. Thank you. 5 |

I installed the new cartridge & it is fine. However, the cartridge I replaced it with was defective. It showed more than1/2 ink remaining .. but did not print anything. Could I get it replaced with a new cartridge? 5 |

Dufficult to set up but Easy to use. Color cartridge came defective. No blue ink. Took 3 days plus help from a friend to set up. Had to buy new ink cartridges but now works good. 5 |
