Do you want to hear a good story? Read this.Just a few weeks after I posted my previous comment (read above) on this Vello cable, I received an email from B&H, asking if I would allow them to hand my contact information to Vello, because people there had read my comment and wanted to discuss the matter with me. I agreed.Two days later, I received a first email from The Gradus Group, owner of the Vello brand, which started a very polite exchange, and in which it was clear they showed me intention of settling things with me.A month after their initial contact, I had a new cable in hand, that fully works now. Wow! I really mean WOW! Apart from my post on B&H web site, I never made any attempt to contact Vello, because I thought that a $ cable did not worth the effort of trying. And yet, Vello took the lead and contacted me and made all the effort to make one of their customer satisfied. For a $ cable. WOW! If this is not an A1 customer service, then I wonder what customer service could be.So if you believe that posting a comment on B&H website does not worth the effort, that companies do not read these comments, well, maybe this story will change your mind.Hats off to Vello! 5 |

SONOS Play 5 serves up beaucoup sound. It probably will satisfy the needs of the majority of music lovers. Setup is a piece of cake. It's an excellent product -- I hope. After the purchase, though, it's support that really counts and my support experience was negative and it was positive. My new SONOS connected to my WiFi spot on. Then stopped. I finally got it to play by connecting it to my PC with an Ethernet cable. That meant locating the unit no farther from the PC than the length of the cable. Emailed SONOS support. Five days (really) later, I got a response. Not good. Called SONOS support on about the fourth day. The tech rep's suggestions were curt and entirely take-it-or-leave-it buster. Back to email. This time, the response was within 24 hours. Good. But following about three days of back-and-forth email, I was advised to call support. I actually dreaded doing it. This time, though, this SONOS tech rep was courteous and doubly efficient and knowledgeable. He took control of my PC and found that the wireless card was defective. A replacement unit came within 48 hours. Works perfectly, so far. If it continues working that way, I'll buy another. We'll see. 5 |

New device arrived promptly but was damaged during shipment. Quick email to support and a replacement was on the way along with a return label for the damaged one. All things considered I am happy with the product and the service. 5 |

great product, from packaging to software to hardware. Email support is so so, but B&H got you back if any issues - just return to B&H rather than dealing with TP Link RMA process (TP Link folks actually told me that). I have a few of them. One came back dead, but was promptly replaced by B&H with no shipping costs. All of them work great via Google Assistant. 5 |

In my previous review, I commented that I loved the wheel but needed to contact TM support bc of a broken/stripped screw in the T3PA pedals when I was adjusting them. I'm happy to say that even though I had a problem, TM support did a great job. I simply made quick phone call and was instructed to email them a copy of my invoice and a photo of the broken screw. The next day I received an email saying my warranty had been confirmed and they shipped me a replacement pedal set. Good to know that there are still companies out there that will fix problems with their products without a hassle. 5 |

So far the router seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. A lot of extras and the WiFI has excellent� range. But if you need to talk to tech support best of luck as everything is done thru email. If you get lucky and get to speak to someone they will just tell you to open up a support ticket thru email. 5 |
