I bought 2 of these for my son and step daughter for xmas and they are great. Put higher end game files on them and they play the games flawlessly. Very happy with these purchases.

The features and technology are exceptional. Wifi connected and access to NAS music files are a game changer. I would love to have a firmware upgrade in the future to turn off the LED during sleep (can do manually) and add a 5 band graphic equalizer. Oh yeah, sounds pretty good.

I bought this with the sole intention of using it as a extended drive for game files, it's more than adequate and has wonder argb that connects right up with armory crate.

I used this to connect to an older Thunderbolt 2 cable and then my older MacBook to transfer files for setup. This allowed me to control exactly which files transferred and to re-organize them also!

I have been using Elgato products since the Game Capture HD with a 2009 iMac. I used to light up my elgato green screen with a cheap USB powered LED work light set on the floor. It managed for the most part, but far from an ideal solution. The jump to the Key Light was like night and day, literally. Having full control over colour temperature and brightness made my lighting look instantly professional. Being able to control every option via the iOS app over WiFi meant the Key Light became the main source of lighting in my tiny apartment, and still is.
