the great thing about this product is its weather control and length of quality cable! I was useing it out doors at a wedding event in a cabin when an unexpected shower submurged the cable in water!!! thought it was toast, so i let it dry and worked just fine!!!

Fast, IS, useful focal length, all in a small package for a good price. The control ring is a handy feature. B&H was great to purchase from as usual.

Allows semi-remote (cord length) control of the Zoom H4n. Nicel long cord, easy to use.

I used this with a Canon 6d to photograph fireworks. It worked perfectly. It was so easy to use. Some have said the length of the cable was too short, but I thought it was just right. It is built well, attaches and detaches easliy and is easy to control (1/2 and full button pushes). I would highly recommend this to any Canon user. Also, the guy next to me was also using a Canon 6D, but was trying to use the Wi-fi feature on his phone to control the shutter. He was really struggling to get the timing right. I'm so happy I had this remote switch. It was well worth the money.

I would go as far as to say that this is the best third-party lens ever under 200mm focal length and definitely the most innovative Sony E mount lens ever. Paired with 16-35 f/2.8, it got you covered for 99% of scenarios.

With my Sony AX700 the Libec zoom control is much better than the camcorder's, giving a smoother transition from start to stop and between speed variations. That whole aspect seems to work much better than Sony's built in. The focus control is constructed so that the rate of change of focal length varies from going out quickly on the telephoto side and slowing down dramatically approaching the shortest focal length. This makes a lot of sense. One would not want to have the rate of change be the same between 6 and 12 feet distance or 30 and 36 feet or 70 and 76 feet. However, the rate of change in close is very slow, as one reviewer complained, and might have even caused another reviewer to think it wasn't working with their camera. I think it would take a gadget costing a great deal more to have an adjustable speed. This one still gets 5 stars by me at this price point

Allows hands-off control of recorder to eliminate handling noise. Cord length is fine for most applications. Durable like the H4n itself.

Length allows great balance adjustment. Good quality control.  Becomes a nice hand grip if walking around and not using a neck strap.  Allows fast mounting and mounting from ball-head or gumball.
