Control Video Game Rtx

Paired this with a RTX 3050 (should've gotten a better card I know...) and it works perfect. Can run any game I want and look great and stay cool doing it. CPU hasn't overheated or been at 100% capacity yet so I'll take it. Happy with how my first build turned out!

For a game I got for free from buying a rtx 4070, it is quite fun! I ended up even getting my cousin to get the game to play together!

Every game I have run on it so far looks crazy! Doom running at 5120x1440@120 with all the setting maxed will make your eyes pop out!! The combination of the 32:9 aspect ratio, high frame rate and the HDR makes playing on this thing like nothing else I have seen. I can see enemies on screen that other people can't. It's curve is 1800R, more curved than a TV. You sit so much closer to it that it has to be more aggressive. Once you are sat in front of it you don't really notice the curve but you do notice how much more comfortable it is on your eyes. I have an RTX 2080ti in my PC. I think if you want to game on one of these an RTX 2080 is the minimum. It being so large and you sitting so close to it means that any drop in settings you do, to get framerate up, ends up looking muddy, you're kind of defeating the point of having it. If you get one, be prepared to have an irresistible urge to buy a stupidly expensive video card. With nVidia enabling G-Sync on Freesync monitor you get full VBR support on AMD and nVidia cards. It works great on the standard Freesync setting. I have always used multi-monitor setups so upgrading to this monitor has meant that I can now run my desktop on one monitor yet have more screen estate than before. It's amazing how much more productive you can be with a 5120 x 1440 desktop. The games that I have tried in HDR look great but the real star is Netflix. I found that Netflix didn't want to show me HDR content. I installed "HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer" from the Windows store. I'm completely blown away by this monitor.

Have had this processor with an Asus TUF x570 and rtx 2070s with no issues at all. Any game runs at a stable 165 fps with no lag, and applications open lightning quick even if you have a bunch of stuff open already. The stock cooler is great in my setup (mid tower case and 3 intake/3 outake fans) so I'm very happy.

this sure is a video game. five stars.

But it's nice to know a company like Allstate is covering my RTX video card.

This Video card is the best RTX 4090 out there compared to the other brands. Comes with Replublic of Gamers Champion ring and Phone stand (cardboard). I had no issues installing and all worked perfectly. After this upgrade from my RTX 4070 I really recommend this card for no more hassles. I do want to help others to know that if you buy this Video card minimum power supply is 1000W. Here at B&H they have a very good selection. I have a Lenovo Thinkstation P340 Tower. It came with a Quadro RTX 4000 card and with photo and video editing, I found the stock card to be too weak for my liking. So, I started looking for a current generation video card that would fit in my workstation. It was challenging. I needed a card that would work with the 500w power supply in my computer and had a single 8-pin PCIe power cable. I also found that the space inside the case was limited. Most of the Quadro series cards fit the same space but either take up one or two slots but GeForce cards vary in all shapes and sizes. After a lot of research, I settled on this card. It is everything I needed. It fits inside the case without any modification, it meets Lenovo's power requirements, and it uses the older 8-pin PCIe power connector. It's almost twice as powerful as my Quadro RTX 4000 card. So, I'm really happy. I can edit 4K video without any stuttering and I can edit photos from my D850 without any delays when adjusting sliders in Capture One and Lightroom. One important note on this card is it takes up 2.5 slots. It's fat. Gigabyte traded length for width. So, if your expansion slots are crowded, you may run into issues with this one. On top of all that, I can play 4K games on high setting for most of my games. I've done some load testing on this card and cooling seems adequate. I don't plan to overclock or anything crazy since this is a Lenovo workstation. This is probably the most powerful card I can put into my older Workstation but it have renewed the life of the machine and I'm certain this will last me another 5 or 6 years. As always B&H is great with shipping and I paid with my Payboo Card to save on the taxes.
