Convert Half Frame Slides To Digital Pictures

I purchased this scanner to convert 35mm slides to digital so that I can preserve them on DVD; also to be able to show the pictures on a TV. I have about 2,000 slides. The scanner is easy to setup, easy to use and the finished pictures are just what I wanted. The software that comes with the scanner also allows me to enhance colors on faded slides. I very happy that the product was recommended to by B & H.

When my father passed away, he left many, many slides. The light box has made it so easy to go through the slides to see which ones I want to convert to digital. The box is light-weight, easy to use and a great buy!

Used this to scan and convert 1,800 slides to digital format , these were 50 year old slides and the results were outstanding!!especially for a less than $150 price tag. would definitly purchase again. DAW

Easy way to convert your slides to digital images. Use it with my D-500 and the 40mm 2.8 DX lens. As some other users have mentioned, it does not require a converter to attach to your lens. Since I shoot in RAW, the images can be adjusted to your preferences.

Great little device!� I have several thousand color slides that I am trying to convert to digital images.� So far, I am averaging about 1 tray of 36 slides every 30 minutes.� That may not sound like much but the time is start to finish, which includes pulling the slide out of the tray, lining it up, adjusting brightness & color (a must after 40 to 50 years of storage), and returning it to the tray.� The actual duplication only takes about 2 or 3 seconds.� Your speed will be only limited to your dexterity and if you have an assistant to re-tray the slides.� Image quality for my purposes is excellent.� A professional could probably do a better job, but who wants to pay that kind of price?� This machine is definitely a good value for the money.

There are very few people who still view their 35mm slides with a projector. The best solution is to convert them to digital and archive the slides in a permanent safe protective file. Slide trays and Carosels are too bulky for something not likely to be used again. the solution is the Logan Slide File. An all metal compact tray with a securely latching lid. It holds 750 2x2 slides with markable dividers. This is the best slide storage solution I have found. I can be stored in a minimal space.

We were looking for a way to convert old 8mm and super 8 film to digital format. My father-in-law had a number of old films and had no way of viewing them. I found this tool online and decided to try it. It works fantastic! The long and short of it is that it takes the films and looks at each frame, it then puts each frame together in mp4 format. It is fantastic and does exactly what I needed. We now have the old films in mp4 format that we can upload to youtube for the entire family to view. It is seamless and easy to use. It will take time to get the films converted because it looks at it frame by frame.
