Converter Adjustable 48 Power Usb Desk

Works great! I use a USB port to power HDMI-to-SDI converter when connected to a switcher, so no need for a PSU on the converter. Note: Power drains when connected to the camera, even when camera is off. So if you're charged up in advance of a shoot, don't connect to the camera till you get there.

I used this to connect power a Blackmagic micro converter from the USB power connection on a consumer level TV. �So far so good. �Very useful.

If you've been taking pictures for a while, especially with many generations of Nikons, the Z fc will feel extremely intuitive, like an extension of you as you make images. Despite the crop sensor and a few other missing features, it feels and handles like a pro camera. The image and low light quality is excellent, the controls and articulating LCD minimize distractions and accidents, and maximize battery life and direct connection with the other side of the lens. My only complaint is the resolving power of the 28mm is slightly poor compared to excellent Z glass, like my 24-70mm 2.8 Z. Of course, one is a pro workhorse and one is a pancake lens. I'll take the soft imagery in exchange for the form factor in this case. As a video professional, the camera is no toy either. Niko doesn't allow a full 1080p60 readout over USB-C, but that's an easy fix with an HDMI converter. Being able to use an HDMI converter and a USB-C to power the camera and broadcast a livestream from a laptop is a gamechanger. Plus integrates perfectly with my Atomos recorder and gives me an ever lighter option than the other Z series cameras on a gimbal. Big wins all around. A great camera!

This converter is used to interconnect a legacy stereo system with a modern digital one. The D to A converter is also compatible with the 24-bit, 48 kHz digital files I create myself in digitizing vinyl LPs. I use this D to A converter to feed the coaxial SPDIF output from a hi-res audio player into the legacy analog monitoring system. I also have the reverse Analog to Digital Gefen converter going the opposite direction. Simple, inexpensive, and no audible latency when used with video. Using the A to D converter with the optical digital output also eliminates 60Hz hum that is common with a pile of components all interconnected. The D to A converter is also compatible with the 24-bit, 48 kHz digital files I create myself in digitizing vinyl LPs. I use the D to A converter to feed the coaxial SPDIF output from a hi-res audio player into the legacy analog monitoring system. In the midst of the high end hype that is common with digital audio devices, it is refreshing to find devices like these Gefen converters that work perfectly for such a low cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo power outlet and USB charger is super heavy duty. It has some heft to it. The long extension cord is also very heavy duty with a right angle plug. That is very convenient, because I have it plugged back behind my desk that sits against the wall. Sitting on top of my desk, I have easy access to both 3 AC power outlets and 3 fast charging USB ports. I am beyond satisfied with my new Belkin Cube!

My power supply is limited because I share my spare with co coworkers. This is compact and fits nice on my desk either flat or on its side so it takes up minimal space. I definitely will Purchase another for other areas in my home

This power strip mounted securely to the front of my desk. Gave me a switch to power everything else on as well as two USB chargibg ports and a few extra Outlets for the occasional device.

And not in a Star Trek way. I was looking for a single plug-in solution for my MacBook Pro. I use my laptop at my desk and on the go. I had a bunch of USB cables, power and HDMI to plug and unplug every time I had to be on the go and come back to the home office. This cleared all of that up. One USB-C to connect and it takes care of power, data and monitor. It also clears of a mess of wires on my desk.

This is an excellent product for the power-USB user. It gets you USB ports anywhere you need them, can mount it to a desk or wall, though the included rubber strips do a pretty decent job keeping it in-place on a desk. 5 USB Ports are upright (where I think they should be) and 2 USB-C ports on the end, with lights beside each port telling you which ones are active, and which can be removed (after ejection). I might suggest some cable-wrap to clean up the USB+power cables a bit; it’s a simple thing but makes a big difference how it looks. A very impressive product!
