Cool Designed Electric Fireplace

Cool gadget when you have to practice on electric guitar - quietly !!!

We have a fireplace in our home which can really effect the thermostat and temps in other rooms. The sensor is placed in our bedroom over the summer to make sure it is cool enough at night and in our guest room in the basement to ensure they are not freezing just because we have the fireplace on upstairs. The prefect solution.

We purchased this TV mount to enable the TV to extend beyond the end of a fireplace. The TV is recessed in a pocket between the fireplace and a window. This mount allows us to telescope and turn the TV so all can see beyond the fireplace. I consider the unit exceptionally well-constructed and designed. The mounting kit contains a variety of fasteners to anchor the unit to the wall. In our case, we needed our own lag screws to secure the frame to the stud pattern on the wall. The unit is is rather ornery and cumbersome to install. Plan on two people to install. The mounting template works well. But it is important to measure the mounting slots in the unit's frame to ensure the one's chosen align with the wall stud's locations. I recommend using a level and drawing a centerline for the fasteners to follow. Pre-drill holes into the wall studs. I strongly recommend not mounting through the drywall with plastic expansion anchors. There will be a lot of bearing on a material that is not designed for long-term structural integrity. We use all of the mount's 40" extension. It certainly meets our needs.

I could not be more pleased with this unit. It is very well designed and made. I use it to place the IMPACT VO 903 5 light cool lamp that I bought from B&H as a hair light.

The size is exactly what I found using size chart. It is not designed to be used in very cold weather, this gloves is for cool weather and it works best in more than 50 degrees. The fleece is very soft and feels good. The best part of it are the magnetic bottoms for holding the folded fingers of the glove

Quiet, cool, reliable. They're designed for NAS use, but they're excellent for external enclosures, too. I've yet to have one fail.

This is one very cool, very light, well designed bag! I have been searching for a lightweight, flexible-use, medium sized camera bag for a long time, and have tried several different brands and designs over the years. I saw the Gura backpack in use on a recent workshop and was impressed with the functionality and design, so I started there on my most recent search. I don't like wearing backpacks, so was happy to find this Chobe 16. I viewed a couple of reviews including a very helpful one by Joshua Holko on Gura's website before ordering the bag and wide liner. When the items arrived I couldn't believe how many different ways the bag could be loaded and used. Besides all the pockets and the very handy slot to slide the bag over your luggage, I particularly like that the bag sits squarely and doesn't fall over while open. It will function beautifully as my briefcase, my personal carry-on while flying (with or without camera gear!), and my gear bag out on shoots. I'm very pleased with this bag and highly recommend it!

Perfect length. We uses this for our tv above the fireplace. It was treaded though to cabinets on the side of the fireplace.
