Cooling Mat For Laptop Computers

I got this when I purchased my MSI Laptop as I like Thermaltake products, a laptop always needs cooling support and and a review suggested it would lower load temps by 10-15 degrees. Thought that might be hype, but guess what? It does. Try it on. 5 |

I have used several types of laptop computers, but Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is more than I expected :) 5 |

I have been waiting for the new Asus 4080 laptops for a while now. I keep checking where they have in stock daily and finally on 03/08 I hit the jackpot and ordered right away on B&H when it became available. Next thing I knew I am one of the few who are able to get my hands on the brand new Asus Strix Scar 16 2023. This little bad boy is a beast, the RGB is amazing as usual; better than razor blade ofc. The new cooling design is phenomenal, the cooling is significantly improved. As usual when I get my hands on the new laptop I take it apart and replace the stock liquid paste to carbon paste for extreme cooling performance. I ran Mextro Exodus on Extreme at 75 Degrees F on CPU AND 65 Degrees F on GPU. I ran COD on high with CPU 80 Degrees F and GPU 65 Degrees F. Amazing performance with the new RTX 4080 card combining the 32GB DDR5 with the new Intel i9 chip. This bad boy runs every game I have on hand on extreme or ultra setting with ease. The refresh rate on the laptop screen itself is amazing at 240hz but I still use my 30inch curved 2k 200hz monitor. Let's all be honest, you will never need to run a game at 140 FPS. I can get a stable 160 FPS with extreme or ultra settings with DLSS on. This is the upgrade I have been waiting for since my Asus 2080ti laptop, not some 3080 with no improvement. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my ThinkPad Ultra Docking Station (type 40AJ). My laptop would periodically overheat while using it, even with a cooling pad with fans. The profile of the docking station prevented the fans from cooling the laptop body. This new dock works great. The laptop has not overheated at all with the new dock. This Hybrid USB-C has plenty of slots for my needs (USB, HDMI, speakers). It has a nice, small footprint as well. I recommend it! 5 |

Fits my new 17.3" laptop, cooling pad, pens, paper and wireless mouse quite well. And the fact it is made of 100% ocean-bound plastics is a plus. I highly recommend! 5 |

The Thermaltake Massive 14 Laptop Cooling Pad with Dual LED Fans is absolutely amazing. I literally leave product on 24/7 with my HP Elitebook Pro. This product is silent, does the job extremely effectively and is shockingly affordable. Best purchase of this year! 5 |

I use it with a 15 inch MacBook Pro This is a powerful yet quiet laptop cooling pad. Very lightweight. Great features. Really the best I've seen. 5 |

I shoot real estate photography and videos, and edit using Premiere Pro. My 17 laptop is fully upgraded, 32 Gig RAM, SSD hard drive, and the processors fan was always kicking in high speed when editing video and running super hot (I have a clean dust-free laptop too). Although Ive not measured the before and after difference in computer speed, that was not my intention for getting the cooling pad -- I was looking to keep my processor cool and happy. Before the cooling pad, the heat blowing out of the right side vent was hot to touch. But after using this Thermaltake cooling pad, my processors fan has never kicked into high-gear yet, and the processor runs at a consistent normal slower speed. And actually, the cooling pad fan makes my entire work area cooler too (kid you not). Theres an adjustable fan speed scrolling switch on the left side to control the speed of the cooling fans, along with an on/off switch for the blue lights. The USB connection is on the left, but that wasnt an issue for me as my laptop has 2 USBs on left and 2 on the right side. The noise level is nothing to speak of. If I were recording voice using a microphone, I would of course turn off the cooling pad. But even on high speed, the fans are quiet. I have my speed set to just a little above the off position, and it still cools incredibly well. My only complaint are the 2 tabs in the front, to keep a laptop from sliding down, protrude above the level of my laptop so they rub into the bottom of my arms when typing. If Thermaltake had perhaps installed rubber covers over the tops, or made them slightly lower, that might help (see pic). However, I keep those tabs folded down as my laptop doesnt slide around, so I dont use them anyway. Overall, I would recommend buying this cooling pad, and I cannot imagine why one would need to spend more. Its quiet and keeps your processor cool and happy! 5 |

This cooling fan is perfect for a 17 laptop. It is super quiet and has an adjustable speed. Two large fans are able to push large amounts of air which enables more cooling power. One of the USB ports connects to the laptop for power source. I love the cool blue LED lights on each of the fan assembly that can be turned on or off. 5 |

It's a great cheap cooling pad for your laptop, and I like that it has an adjustable stand. It runs off your laptops power so it requires to be plugged into one of your usb slots. It can get kind of loud at a high speed but for the cost it does exactly what it's supposed to do. 5 |
