I am very happy with this computer. Microsoft makes transferring everything a breeze.

Use it for everything from creating PDF files, copying directly to my printer, scanning photos in high resolution, ... Haven't yet had the opportunity to try the OCR capability but did download the software

I purchased these for my staff and within a day of having them, staff members were using them, copying and moving large files like photos, etc.

Did you know that you can't even get the computer to work without a Microsoft Login now? Super annoying.

It's small, well-padded, and fast. I use it for transferring/copying files. Perfect for my 2016 MacBook Pro with USB 3.1 C.

I bought Mac Mini M1, and you cannot replace its internal SSD. And there was lots of talking going on M1 Mac's shortening its SSD's life with swap memory. So I bought this with Thunderbolt Enclosure to see if I can use this as a main SSD for Mac Mini M1 instead. And it works. It works great! I do not see any difference between internal SSD and this one. In fact, I notice copying files to and from are a lot faster. I don't really feel differences when launching apps or editing photos. I only see differences from copying files. That being said, maybe I could've bought a cheaper, less fast SSD and still be fine with it. But I cannot give a bad review to this baby just because I could've made better purchase. I honestly don't know how it performs as an internal SSD because I'm only using it as external thunderbolt SSD. It's doing very well, so I doubt it'll do terribly as an internal SSD.

Didn't really need the 2 new drives. But glad I got them. The speed is awesome copying and editing files to make updates on large files. Space is great. If you're on the fence, buy it. Remember if speed saves 1 or 2, or 10 mins on every copy or edit. Combine all those mins for other things you can work on, or finish stuff sooner for more you time.

The speed of copying 50 RAW files(6.16GB) from the built-in SD reader of the MacBook Pro is about 1 minute and 4 seconds, but the ProGrade Digital SD/micro card reader takes about 41 seconds.
