Corel Draw 12 Organization

I purchased the Wacom Intuos Pro, small, to do work in Lightroom and Photoshop. It has worked really well using Windows 10 Pro with Adobe's Creative Cloud. I also use it with Corel Draw x7 and Corel Painter. I also was pleasantly surprised that when Office 360 updated Word 2016, Excel 2016 and Powerpoint 2016 they added a new menu tab, Draw, which allows you to write with either a mouse or tablet. It works well, and the Draw feature allows for pressure sensitive writing, which allows you to use the tablet's features.

SlimBlade does not come with installation disk and there are more than two versions, so match firmware with model no. on bottom of unit.. it's a quality product from 'kensington', and the best place to get it from is 'b&h photo', because of great pricing...

I purchased this tablet to get the most out of Corel Painter and was astonished by the ability of the paper function to digitize the finest detail and the fact that I could export the drawings in the SVG format for me to edit the vector shapes in Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator, etc. I also enjoy the ability to draw on the paper and tablet without being connected to a computer, then later, upload the drawings to the Inkspace app that was included with my purchase for me to edit, export, etc..

I use my new Intuos Art Pen Tablet for photo retouching in Adobe Lightroom as well as for photo painting in the software included with the tablet, Corel Painter Essentials 5. In the week I've had the pen tablet, I've easily gotten used to using it and find it MUCH easier to be precise when applying either Lightroom editing or Corel photo-painting to my photos. This greater control has already encouraged me to branch out into more creative edits to my photos. I have assigned application-specific Express Key Settings when using it with Lightroom, a feature of the tablet which works great! I plan to do the same for the Corel Painter Essentials 5 software as soon as I have become more proficient with the software (which I am just learning). I am very happy with the small size of the tablet and, actually, don't know what I'd do with all the real estate of a larger tablet. For my purposes, I don't believe a larger tablet would provide any benefit at all and might actually be more difficult to use. I purchased the light blue version which was slightly more money, but I love the color and it fits with the decor on my desk and in my office, so I am happy I spent a little extra for it (photo attached). My only very minor complaints are: 1) So far, I have found the two buttons on the pen to be a little awkward to use, but it is becoming easier as I use the pen, and may not feel awkward at all with a bit more practice. Since I don't need to use those buttons very often, it is not much of a problem. 2) The fabric pen holder at the top of the tablet is slightly too tight, making it very difficult to get the pen into or out of the holder. Because of this, I find myself laying the pen on the desk where it tends to roll around and I worry it will fall off and become a temptation to my dog. Wacom, this small problem is probably just a quality control issue, which you should be able to address in your production. While it is a minor issue, it cheapens the product feel.

I use the tablet with Wacom's Art Pen and Corel's Painter program to paint landscapes and portraits. This is my third tablet and the performance is perfect for duplicating real world brush strokes. I have never had any problems with Wacom's products. R. Foster

for the price this photo paper is excellent. i run Corel photo pro 2x and 3x versions and have used their screen adjustment program. if your program has this feature use it, you will be glad you did, your prints will come out closer to what adjustments you made on screen. and whn printing do not use photo fix,use color controler, fphoto fix may readjust all the fixes you made.

I got this one after having cheep one and it as so much organization

If you want to draw in any program, you need one of these. The mouse just does not cut it.
