I previously had my 50 plasma TV mounted fixed against the wall in an 8 deep recessed area over a fireplace. The vertical clearance was Just one inch, and I was concerned that the unit was overheating. The AM175 is very sturdy, and its fine adjustments give me sufficient clearance so that I can push it back against the wall when not in use. This is a high quality product weighing over 60 pounds (rated to hold up to 175 pounds) and needs two strong males for installation. It comes with all the required parts. The only negative is that the movement of the mounted unit in and out is rather stiff. 5 |

I have a 23 monitor and was wondering how much of a lateral angle i could get out of the 7 arm mounted to a flat wall. It is no problem, i get just about 45 degrees. plus i mounted it near a corner so this thing actually turns the corner and is perfectly viewable from two rooms of the house! 5 |

I bought this for a bedroom wall mounted TV replacement... Works great... Lightweight. easy to mount, has built-in channels and two HDMI ports... Just what we needed for satellite and DVD inputs... Picture is fantastic... Really no need for an actual TV... Even great sound quality for a bedroom... Another great Samsung product... When tied into your WIFI network it will let you know when your food is finished cooking in our Samsung oven or when our clothes are finished washing or drying in those Samsung products... Couldn't have chosen a better replacement... 5 |
