I overlooked turning off the headset after my first presentation and it discharged in storage. When recharging, if you see the red and blue light on the headset, this indicates that you have to turn off the headset to recharge it..look for the blue light. Very happy otherwise. 5 |

Love these. The on button is still a bit of a mystery every time, need to take headset off off see the blue light come on, since I can never seem to find the right spot to press when I'm wearing them, Wish this was easier, maybe a button on the other side, or a totally separate button on the same side. Overall excellent! Works as advertised. Be careful of quick start directions. Step three says wait up to 10 minutes for modem to initially boot up until online light stops blinking. Step four says call cable company to activate. In reality these steps need to be reversed or blinking light never stops? 5 |

Having the LCD screen makes the charger a much better tool than the standard blinking light setup on original unit. Ability to charge 2 batteries at once a bonus as well. 5 |

The ink is easy to install. Look for the blinking light, take out the ink by that light and slide the new ink in. Good product and ease of use. 5 |
