I'm using it as the D drive in an Intel NUC, with Windows 10 installed on an SSD C drive. This WD Blue model is an SMR drive. I don't know that I would recommend it as a primary system drive but I have never tried that. I needed a high capacity low profile second drive. This one works great for that kind of usage. 5 |

I am happy with my new extender screen for working on multiple things at once. Because of Windows 10 the monitor came up without the installing. I still did the installing as the product described. The way it allows one to be flexible with the attachments is super. Would have likes it to be a bit bigger, but that is minor at this time. Installed this with ease and slapped a Corsair i150 Capellix water cooler on it. My house was 25 degrees while benchmarking. Idled at 34 Celsius and under full load in Cinebench never went beyond 72. Paired with a Western Digital SN750 NVME drive, booting to windows 10 is literally almost faster then it takes for my monitor to wake up. Everything is super fast within windows and benchmarks number 4 in Cinebench. 5 |
