Corsair Headset Virtuoso Pro

I love this keyboard. I will never go back to Corsair.

This board is killer. I prefer it to the Z790 , a virtually identical board to the 690 but with a more IO options. Paired with the components listed below, I can do anything from Video editing to gaming , streaming and IT Administration. I have heard that Asus can be difficult when it comes to RMA and that they are working on improving thier work flows in that area and well, I have not had to test the validity of those claims since I have never had an Asus product fail on me in more than a 2 decades of Asus being my products of choice. I installed a pair of Corsair MP600 Pro LPX 4TB M.2 drives in this unit and have them in a RAID 0 configuration. I'm running an old Intel Mac Mini, so speeds are not optimal, but the external drive is faster than Apple's internal SSD that came installed in the laptop. I have to put my ear right next to the dock in order to confirm the fan is running, so noise certainly isn't an issue.

I had both the Open Swim and the Open Run Pro and now I only need one headset as this one does it all. THANK YOU!

Good Headset. I'd recommend the headset to everyone.

The quest pro is a overall good headset have not had any problems with it yet but except that when I record a video it turns the video off aft 15 minutes and then when I try to restart the recording it will have a error saying "error trouble starting recording/screenshot so that is a different thing but other than that nothing else wrong with it thanks meta for such a great device and my YouTube channel spacepepsican for I have videos of me using the quest pro

I have owned or tried out just about every other headset on the market. This one is currently the best. The Varjo Aero is the only other headset I would use other than the Quest 2 until I received the Quest Pro. The Aero is a solid product but once you get spoiled by being untethered it's hard to not feel distracted by the cord. Also, the Quest Pro figured out how to remove almost every bit of detectable distortion caused by using pancake optics. The distortion on the Aero was so bad that I never really got used to it. Even the "fix" they had for this did not fully fix the distortion. Quest Pro nailed it. Would be nice if Meta offered a replaceable battery solution so for now I'm just wearing a third party battery around my neck...

Openfit, if you mount them like this then : sound is allot better (feels more like a closed pro headset)(talking feels like the person is next to you) much better and deeper bass only need half the volume of the normal way to fit them adds about 2h of battery time , if not more (less volume,less energy needed) Warning : if you mount them like this they will fall out if swimming or high speed bike riding or shakeing head to hard for a dumb joke. do this: take the right speaker and put it verticaly in the left ear with the silicon going infront and down under the earlobe, do the same with the left.
