I bought this lens for my vx2100 because I couldnt afford a MK1 or MK2 ($600+). The results are satisfying, you can film skateboarding really close and still have a wide angle view. However I have friends who have Century Optics lenses and the quality of it surpasses the Opteka lens. If you really want to be serious about filming skateboarding, save your money for an Mk. If you want to have fun filming fisheye style and dont wanna break the bank this is your next best bet. 5 |

I use these to power Ninja Vs and Mixpre 10 mk2. I can make it through long shoots without worrying about losing power. I've been using Watsons for almost a decade and find the brand pretty reliable. Out of 3 dozen LP and NP Watson batteries, only one of them went bad and could only be powered up to 65% after a year or two. So my experience has been that they have pretty decent quality control, generally speaking. 5 |
