Corsair Platinum Keyboard Gunmetal Vs Black

I love this keyboard. I will never go back to Corsair.

Building a computer for my daughter who does photography. I have a year old 3600x and for gaming (which is all I do) there is a noticeable (eyeball) performance gain. My guess is she will notice a performance gain in her work as well. Both systems are virtually the same, Aorus Master X570, 2T Sabrent M.2, her PSU Seasonic Platinum 1300w, mine Corsair H1200i Platinum, 2 Corsair Carbide Air 540 (6 builds now using this case), EVGA 1080Ti FTW3, hers EVGA 2080Ti FTW3 (current gen video cards are an illusion sigh), Arctic LF2 for her, the stock cooler that comes with the 3600X is good enough. GSkill 4x8 3200 cl14 14 14 34 and GSkill 4x8 3600 cl 16 16 16 36. I did not eyeball any performance difference using either set, but both seemed smother running then my old Corsair Dominator Platinum 4x4 2800 cl16 18 18 36. As I just got my second shot, it will be a couple weeks before I will be able to update this as to any performance uplift she sees (and see my grandkids). I have purchased several computer components from B&H Photo and can easily recommend them to others.

I've had this case for a few months now. I love the contrasting colors of the platinum and black, and really like the molle pattern on front. The removable Osmo holder was also a really good idea and a great bonus. The backpack harness itself is very comfortable and helps distribute the weight when on the move As far as the inside of the case, the copter and accessories fit really nicely in the pre-set up divider system. A nice alternative to die cut foam. Overall, I love the back pack.

I use Platinum (8 1/2 x 11) mainly for black & white prints (printing on a Canon Pro 9500 Mark II, always supplied with Canon inks) - mostly of city-scapes. The paper is not cheap, but the prints are superb: deep blacks, fine shades of gray, to bright white. I wish the same printing precision were available in a matte finish - but is that technically possible? In any case, Pro Platinum is the best paper I've found for digital B & W!

This case is the best looking case I have seen for compact-flash cards. It has a quality gunmetal exterior. When placed in the foam outline, they fit securely. The case itself holds 4 cards in a dustproof container.

Excellent protection for expensive memory cards. Made of a nice gunmetal grey finish aluminum, not cheap plastic. Rubber material inside, not cheap foam. Good sealing and latching.

Got nothing to complain about, Corsair stands for it's brand.

I have used Hahnemuhle's Platinum Rag for the past 4 years, it's a perfect printing paper for platinum/palladium. I find the 50x33' roll to be the most economical way to purchase the paper and I'm glad that B&H keeps it in stock. Shipping is fast and free!

Nicely done on the PRO VS EVO. The PRO actually does have a full 1TB available, VS the EVO's 960GB after formatting.
