I installed a pair of Corsair MP600 Pro LPX 4TB M.2 drives in this unit and have them in a RAID 0 configuration. I'm running an old Intel Mac Mini, so speeds are not optimal, but the external drive is faster than Apple's internal SSD that came installed in the laptop. I have to put my ear right next to the dock in order to confirm the fan is running, so noise certainly isn't an issue. 5 |

The Facecam MK.2 has thoroughly impressed me, especially as someone who already thought the OG version was great! Despite still being a 1080p60 camera like its predecessor, the MK.2 provides a superior quality, a better form factor with BUILT-IN privacy shutter, and even includes HDR?! Combined with the Camera Hub, the configuration options really allow you to dial in your look and feel. Highly recommend considering this webcam if you're in the market for a high-quality webcam at a reasonable price point. 5 |
