Corsair Vengeance 2100 Headset Review

I replaced some 6000 memory with two 64GB Corsair Vengeance kits and I couldn't be happier. I am seeing a slight increase in speed in my day to day work, and the lighting is feeding my inner bling. The iCue app allows me to change the colour of the installed memory, and I can use iCue to match my current colour scheme, or to contrast what I have in place. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this to replace a Pearstone VT-2100 used to film high school varsity volleyball games in HD 1080p. I posted a review of the VT-2100 but that review has never made it onto the site. The short version, the VT-2100 fell short in my expectations.But this tripod is amazing. Some of the latches were initially a tad tight but they were not hard to adjust with a hex wrench. The unit did have a fine layer of oil on it to protect it, but a quick wipe down with a clean cloth towel fixed that. It is very solid - almost no vibration from the gym floor transfers to the camera. I am using a Panasonic HC-V700M and have the tripod almost at its highest vertical setting - love that 7'+. Unlike the VT2100, this unit is perfectly level. It has already taken a couple of balls to it but the unit is solid and hardly moves. It is a tad heavy but not that bad, and I gladly take the extra mass for its stability and anti-vibration. The bag that it comes with is high quality, with dedicated padding just for the head.I was filming a game last week and another parent from the other team was filming. We had our setups side by side, and the difference was amazing. His was a similar tripod to the VT2100 (Sony I believe) and this larger unit had wider stance, about 1.5' higher, and significantly more stable. When the girls are getting ready to serve, this unit gives stable video with the high energy bounces only a few feet away. While not as important, I like the way this unit looks - it does not look like a weak toy - it looks like high quality equipment.I wish I had bought this unit first, and am completely happy with it. It's more expensive, but it is worth it. Maybe if you are a pro and have commercial needs you will want more but for the non-pro home user that wants rock solid stability and easy setup - this is great.

Works great with Battlefield 2042, Grand Theft Auto V, Fallout 4 , Fallout 76, and my windows 10 pro operating system all works great. It's in my built Asus Rampage V Extreme 2011-v3 motherboard, i7 5930k, 2 Evga Gpu's, 32GB Corsair Ram , with the Samsung 970 Evo plus 1TB nvme on a EK Heat sink Block to keep it Cool down powered with the 1500w Corsair power supply.

Got nothing to complain about, Corsair stands for it's brand.

Great color and easy to install in a Canon Pro-2100 printer

I looked for a while and I saw that my tripods cost hundreds while the vt-2100 is a fraction of the price and doesjust the same.
