Corsair Void Pro Headset Battery Replacement

Easy to use, fills the void.

I have owned or tried out just about every other headset on the market. This one is currently the best. The Varjo Aero is the only other headset I would use other than the Quest 2 until I received the Quest Pro. The Aero is a solid product but once you get spoiled by being untethered it's hard to not feel distracted by the cord. Also, the Quest Pro figured out how to remove almost every bit of detectable distortion caused by using pancake optics. The distortion on the Aero was so bad that I never really got used to it. Even the "fix" they had for this did not fully fix the distortion. Quest Pro nailed it. Would be nice if Meta offered a replaceable battery solution so for now I'm just wearing a third party battery around my neck...

Yeah this battery is more expensive than 3rd parties, but I wanted somthing that would'nt void my warranty, and I could trust to outlast the competition. They last long, dont get hot and charge quickly. Use knockoffs at your own risk.

I love this keyboard. I will never go back to Corsair.

This board is killer. I prefer it to the Z790 , a virtually identical board to the 690 but with a more IO options. Paired with the components listed below, I can do anything from Video editing to gaming , streaming and IT Administration. I have heard that Asus can be difficult when it comes to RMA and that they are working on improving thier work flows in that area and well, I have not had to test the validity of those claims since I have never had an Asus product fail on me in more than a 2 decades of Asus being my products of choice. Headset works great, easy to pair and battery seems to last a while. Great headset and price is right.

I installed a pair of Corsair MP600 Pro LPX 4TB M.2 drives in this unit and have them in a RAID 0 configuration. I'm running an old Intel Mac Mini, so speeds are not optimal, but the external drive is faster than Apple's internal SSD that came installed in the laptop. I have to put my ear right next to the dock in order to confirm the fan is running, so noise certainly isn't an issue.

I have had my Pro 650 battery backup for several years & just bought the replacement. The price was fair with free shipping and recycle return of the old part. I am on the coast in a windy area so power is often flickering. This battery keeps me running without a power failure.

This is the second replacement battery I have purchased for my Back UPS Pro. The batteries have long life and when they're exhausted, there's nothing easier than contacting APC to get a new one. Replacement service is expedited, and APC even includes provision for sending the old battery to a recycling center, free of charge. I highly recommend using APC.
