Cost Of Brass Band Instruments

This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc. 5 |

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments. The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections. Versatile and great sound quality. 5 |

Sounds great for vocals, but you can use them in a lot of different things, I even use the for violins in a mariachi band. Also for brass. 5 |

This device is well worth the cost! I noticed immediately, a lower noise floor, better separation of instruments, deeper, wider soundstage. Highs are clean, without glare. Mids are clean and rich. Lows have more grip and well defined. Well done iFi! 5 |

It is well worth the additional cost for a solidl brass step-up ring. it is easy to install and comes off the camera easily also. Just ensure that you do not overtighten it 5 |

It may cost three times what the aluminum version does, but the nice "heft" that only brass or stainless steel can deliver is worth it to me, along with the non-seize attribute of brass. The knurling on the outer edge provides great grip. 5 |
