Cost Of Desktop Computer For Small Business

This is an excellent printer. I use for my small business and the cost per page is very good.

For a little more then the cost of a replacement battery I know have a new UPS to protect my desktop computer. Having been involved with computers since 1968 I know two things are important; backing up my data and protecting my equipment and data from power interruptions. I like my new BR700G and can recommend it to anyone needing to protect their computing equipment and data.

My former desktop computer was a 2019 iMac with 8GB of RAM. I wanted to speed things up so decided on the Mac Mini. With 16 GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, the mini would have cost $1,000. With B&H’s sale price of $1150 for the Pro model it only cost $150 more than the upgraded regular model so

These receipts quickly build up and I'm left with hours of manual scanner. The Brother desktop scanner quickly scans these receipts and saved them on my desktop. The feeder loads up to 80 pages at a time and I can just set it and forget it. It scans color and black and white with either a usb cable or through wifi. The unit is small and the size of a large toaster. I highly recommend this for any small business owner.

We got it for our small business so we could print our own labels. It is so easy to use. Just plug it into your computer and print.
