Cost To Replace Seiko Solar Watch Battery

Very happy to have gotten this new Seiko digital metronome. For the past few years I had been using an app. It was OK, but it really drained the battery storage on my phone. Also, too many bells and whistles I never used, not to mention the constant updates. For straightforward, no nonsense metronomes, these are hard to beat (pun not intended :)) And Seiko makes the best ones in my view. Super easy to use and intuitive controls. Never needed the instructions. A+

03/19/2024 I bought my Eclipse HD Solar Glasses to watch the upcoming solar eclipse in Erie, PA. on April 8th. They look like good quality and well made glasses but haven't had a chance to use them yet.

I was very pleasantly surprised that my replacement battery was delivered to my door by courrier within 48 hr of my on-line order, which was placed on a weekend. This was the first time that I had ever tried replacing a battery instead to just buying a new UPS unit. None of the retailers selling APC products carry replacement batteries, and since I live in Canada, I expected that the cost of bringing in a replacement battery would exceed the cost of a new unit.. and be bogged down with customs duties.. etc. Battery was actually shipped from a nearby Canadian distributor. It is certainly more environmentally-friendly to replace a battery rather that throwing out a perfectly good UPS system. APC should do more to inform Canadian customers how easy it is (& cost -effective) to replace batteries. Perhaps include battery replacement information in packaging for new units.

I've wanted one of these for a while in order to use it as an intervalometer. Once the battery is in, the display is on until it shuts itself off. According to the manual, the display panel uses a liquid crystal display. With time, the display will become lighter and harder to read. In such a case, take the product to the nearest Canon Service Center to replace the display panel (at cost). So a built in cost to replace the display. I'll be curious to see how long this lasts.

I purchased these for our Solar Eclipse Watch Party at the retirement community I work at and they were just wonderful! Felt good purchasing them from this reputable company as I had heard about fakes being sold and I did not want to risk our resident and staff's eyes!

These glasses are perfect to watch Solar eclipse. Solar eclipse is a rare event to experience and this tool is a must have for the same.

These have been excellent to look at the Sun to watch for 'naked-eye' sun spots during this active solar cycle. A good way to easily see if one needs to bring out the bigger gear.

This solar filter worked great! I have the 114az, and with this filter, we were able to watch the eclipse (for us, a partial) and have watched the sun spots cross over the face of the sun over the past week. B&H was great at shipping and keeping me informed of the status of my order! I will be using them again soon.

I bought this camera to watch my property that I live 450 miles from. It has worked great and the solar panel is a life saver since I am so far away. The picture notifications and the HD video are amazing. Gives me a great peice of mind.

I had originally gotten this to watch the total solar eclipse 2024. I then realized that i can use to for watching solar flares on other days too. This binoculars was a big hit during the eclipse and was used by many of my friends during the event. This is best used on a tripod to eliminate shake, which I do.
