Often move Sonus room to room and even take it to the cottage

This thing is very small but packs essentially Roland's entire history. I can't speak to the grove box aspect but hook it up to a keyboard and DAW and away we go.

Rounded top plate makes it a little bit more comfortable in the hand to carry. Acra grove is continuous along the whole foot providing slight more secure mounting positions. Just a little bit higher than others. Does need the included special short foot hex wrench for installation. Typical RRS quality.

The Apogee Grove is an outstanding audio device. It improves musical dynamics, detail and spaciousness.. With good recordings it is balanced and never harsh. With poor recordings it is very revealing. The Groove drives all my headphones including high impedance models such as the Senheisser HD650 and HD580.

Our kids gave us our Nest thermostat for Christmas and we love. We have a year-round cottage that we wanted to warm up or cool down just before we get there opposed to heating/cooling it all the time. Hopefully save some money. My husband and I are in our mid to late 60s and not very technically smart so we were dubious about this "thing" that would heat/cool the cottage remotely and it would even program itself based on our schedule...yeah right. Our son installed and programmed it this weekend...it is so cool! It looks great, let's you know what the inside and outside temperature is, inside humidity and much more. He downloaded the app to my phone and it is really easy to use. The proof will be in the pudding once we go home and I press "eco" which starts the temperature being controlled remotely...stay tuned. Buy it, you'll love it too. Better yet, get your kids to gift it to you!

Here is a picture of the thing that arrived to my cottage in Southern Oregon this morning.I returned a heavy Pelican 1740 case and bought this 38 INCH by Tenba. I called Tenba to make sure it was actually MADE IN USA. The tech in Brooklyn was not only friendly but knowledgable about the product...The first thing I noticed is LIGHT WEIGHT! And YKK zippers all over the place. It opens from either end making it easy to close. I put in a 536 carbon fiber giant sticks with the HD 504HD attached with handleeasy fit!), carbon fiber 9' boom pole, manfrotto flat stand (the made in USA one) , A Glidecam HD 2000, a Sennheiser 416, ZOOM H4N, A boom pole adapter, an extra manfrotto sticks and head in the top portion, A Vello triple shoe adapter in one of five side zipper pockets...Now a little space for padding blankets. I rolled around the case in my cottage and it didn't fall or do that little twist thing that poorly designed top heavy cases do. I am keeping this little 38 and glad I didn't get the 48. Now my amazing 1510 Pelican, Tenba 38 inch, with Canon 5D and 416 mike replaces the the camera truck and five ton grip truck. I'm sooooo glad the eighties are over!

Great vest. I'm using it in an underground coal mine. It's like having an extra pair of hands. It distributes weight evenly. I use it for batteries, flashes, all sorts of accessories. There are no pockets for big lenses, but that's O.K. It would make the vest too heavy and cumbersome. It's pretty good at repelling lime and coal dust and water and is not likely to tear easily. Pockets are lined with soft material, which is easy on lenses. These vests are a little pricey, but worth it. They're professional gear and are made for rugged use.

Solid takes abuse perfect for poking the gopro into strange places underwater and underground.

So far so good! Using as a backup power supply for an underground dog fence and so far is working great.

We mostly use it to protect our lens for our camera at work, being as we drag the camera through steam tunnels, in mud trenches, inside underground vaults, and through all sorts of other environments. The filter screws on firmly to the end of the lens and protects the lens from scratches, dirt, dust, etc. without distorting any of the pictures.
