Countdown Timer With Flashing Light

Now I can take remote Pictures, I was tired of waiting for countdown timer pics...

I use this to hold my tablet that has a countdown timer app. Sturdy metal frame and very simple to use!

I've only used this once so far and it did well for my uses. I have a laptop just out of camera range, as a confidence monitor, then feed those images to the control board. This allows me to see the slides on stage, while the director can show them, or not, any time they are needed during the show. This allows me to be in control of when to show the next slide. What I don't particularly like about this is how large it is. I understand that when you are teaching live, it allows you to see the countdown timer easily. On TV, I'd rather have something which can essentially be hidden in my hand and not be as obvious on screen. Overall, well built. The on-off and controls to change the countdown timer ls are a bit small and fiddly. I understand you don't want to hit them while presenting, but they are tiny. All of these are minor issues, and more for the manufacturer, as they design the next version. Overall, it is a solid performer and excels at the things you need...clicking to the next slide and seeing how much time you have left in your presentation.

Very sturdy. I use it on my tripod to hold an iPad as a countdown timer for TV show interview segments. You do have to really push when tightening to keep the iPad in really secure, but then for me, we're not moving so it's not a big deal. Flexible and sturdy, this a a great mount.

Handy to have the remote when I don't want to use the countdown time.

I use it at university (i'm a Professor) fir speeches and presentations and it made my life much easier. The countdown is very effective, the green light rather than the red tiring light is very efficient, the presenters controls are very effective!

This is a very nice headlamp, without two levels of white light, a red light and a flashing red light.  Having the battery pack on the back makes it much easier to balance and the straps are adjustable over a wide range.

Great size, love the built in light (it has flashing mode for some reason, just if you need to give someone a seizure on a film set?) I have always wanted this Porta Brace bag but kept talking myself out of it. I finally pulled the trigger on buying one and I'm glad I did. Sometimes I have a small lens in it if i am shooting an event with a smaller camera, but on a full set I kit it out with all the tools I'll need. for camera department. If you are on the fence about it, do it.

This flashing is amazing. The variable light settings to the strobe. No concerns on purchasing the light at all. I would love to give one to every person in my family. BUY IT YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!!
