I was having buffering problems when streaming TV using Cox internet. I had 150 MBS service, but too many devices connected. I upgraded to the 3.1 modem and increased internet speed to 1,000 MBS. No more buffering since the change. :-) 5 |

Great modem, works excellent for 300Mbps internet line. Tried upgrading to 500 Mbps and Cox told me that this modem will only do 300 on their line. Let this serve as a warning to buyers that even though this is rated for 1.4Gbps Cox cannot put more than 300 Mbps through this modem. 5 |
