This cpu runs hotter than it's intel counterpart. I was concerned at first, and kind of obsessed with monitoring the temp. But it is stable and maintains constant temps so I quit worrying about it. I've had no issues with it and it works great in my custom build. 5 |

Don't Buy any other fan. This one is awesome. Decreased my rack temp by 10' and my equipment temp by 5+'. Great read outs and monitoring. My racks are loud so the noise of these fans are non existent. But them. 5 |

Upgraded to 2TB SSD in my '09 iMac, but without a temp sensor, the fan was running full blast all the time. It only took me 10 minutes to crack it open and slip this cable on - now the Mac is quiet as a mouse, which is an unexpected benefit of moving to an SSD.
