Cpu Temperature Test

Highly recommendable, temperature has dropped on CPU upon use.

I brought this during a sale, so I got a huge a discount so may not apply to everyone. While the temperature for this CPU is very erratic, AMD said the CPU was designed to run even on higher temperature then expected for boosted performance. I have seen no stutters or degraded game performance despite the temperature. Make sure to look up what is the safe temperature range and get a really good CPU cooler because this CPU produces so much heats. I use a lot of virtual machines and multi-tasking while also gaming, so it is good to have a CPU that can run multiple tasks at once and not conflict with one another. For its price though Ryzen 5 5600x and 9 5900x is good because it is double the cores for additional $250 which is better then the price for Ryzen 7 5800x but that your budget to decide. Overall, good CPU that will not need you to upgrade for many years to come.

I really like this APU, so far I did not get any problem with the temperature of the GPU and the CPU even though I'm using the stock cooler. The CPU it self is great! that means you can get a discrete GPU when this crisis end and you will still get a great performance from the CPU alone. I'm bad at overclocking but I think u can OC with the stock cooler even though my luck wasn't the best when I tried to overclock the GPU, I was able to get it to 2300mhz but I kept crashing so I just set it back to 1900mhz I think you will be able to OC with the stock cooler you just need to know what you are doing, I think I had a voltage issue not a temperature issue, I'm not really sure. I didn't attempt to OC the CPU and I don't know if its possible to do so with the stock cooler but you might try it yourself. Overall its a great APU because when you get a discrete GPU you will get a good performance from it as a CPU!

Good cheap CPU The CPU is really good I recommend it for Budget Builds The clock Speed is 4.3Ghz without overclocking, But under the load in Cinebench R23 on multithread the max temperature is 91, But u can do undervolt like me. After Undervolting to 1.250v the temperature went down to 76 under the load in CineBench R23 without losing in clocks.

Put it through a 24hr butterfly test & then filled it with data.  Runs at a temperature Id expect; Did not get excessively hot when working it.

After 7 months of use, I am really satisfied with this CPU, my friend have 9700K, and I test it in my PC in on three games, 9700K was better by 1-2 FPS only in two games, while the third one was equal. I don't recommended to go for OC, unless you are using it for Projects or for Workshop, but for gaming the results aren't that much different.

It's a very solid PSU, unfortunately I didn't get to test it due to a fried cpu(NOT caused by the PSU). Got this beast hoping my issue was a lack of power....

I bought this to use as a test bench cpu only, and b&h was the only place i could find it for a good price even with shipping and import fees to canada it was cheaper than buying off another site. works great just as expected and now i can test all the 1700 socket motherboards i have. i would assume it is a great cpu for office use since it is just a dual core. but i wont be using it for anything other than making sure motherboards post and boot to windows.
