Cr2032 Battery In Checked Luggage

Very useful. It went through a bunch of trips as checked luggage and made it through without any rips!

This case is great! I use it to carry my tools as a checked luggage without it getting torn up.

I have taken this several times now and it’s as perfect as checked luggage can be. It’s efficient, clean, and extremely protective.

I run through a bunch of CR2032 batteries every couple of months. I like these because battery life has been good, and I can buy them at a reasonable price through B&H.

The RAYOVAC CR2032 Lithium Battery (2-Pack) contained two, count-em two CR2032 cells. Absolutely amazing!!. These were purchased as spares, so I have not measured their voltage yet. Presumably, they will produce the rated 3 Volts and will last for 190 to 240 mAh. They are 20 mm in diameter, shiny and light weight and most likely contains some lithium & manganese dioxide so are technically a LiMn02 cells. FYI: They can explode if heated to more than 80 deg. C.

I could not see any damage/defect of any kind. Would definitely try this again. As for the bag, it is exactly what I was looking for. A simple bag that I can stuff in my carryon or checked luggage when I don’t want to carry my nomatic backpack all over. Very well designed. It has the room for most of the gear I need for a day without being over complicated.

Just put AirTag in my checked luggage on a flight with a tight 20 minute connection. Using my iPhone, I could see that my luggage was on 1st plane, then followed it as it was loaded on 2nd plane. Very helpful!

This case is just a bit larger than carry on size regs for the airlines. It serves me well as checked luggage for any camera equipment that I don't need with me in the cabin like my tripod or lighting. The case itself is fairly light weight given its robustness. I prefer the storm case from pelican due to the latches as well. If I'm not using it for work I'll use it for vacation or general travel as well. I can fit everything I need in it for at least a week long trip.

This is one of those products that inevitably ends up being in the checked luggage when traveling abroad due to weight restrictions of carry on. Its nicely padded and won't damage the balance of my gear in my checked luggage. Fair price for its construction.

While I will not be traveling with this as checked luggage I would have no worry doing so. It is very sturdy. At 17 lbs empty it is not your typical tripod case, but the wheels make for easy transport. My RRS TVC-33 tripod with FH-350 fluid head fit easily, plus I have room for my Wemberly and Arca-Swiss heads that also mount to the tripod using the TCV-33's lever release clamp..
