Cr2032 Battery Online

I run through a bunch of CR2032 batteries every couple of months. I like these because battery life has been good, and I can buy them at a reasonable price through B&H.

The RAYOVAC CR2032 Lithium Battery (2-Pack) contained two, count-em two CR2032 cells. Absolutely amazing!!. These were purchased as spares, so I have not measured their voltage yet. Presumably, they will produce the rated 3 Volts and will last for 190 to 240 mAh. They are 20 mm in diameter, shiny and light weight and most likely contains some lithium & manganese dioxide so are technically a LiMn02 cells. FYI: They can explode if heated to more than 80 deg. C.

This battery lasts for hours and takes many charges. I put them through vigorous (almost daily) use and they always come through. I have used 4... first one lasted for several years until I left it to charge for about a week. It was already old and didn't like that. The second worked perfectly until I dropped it 6 feet onto a rocky slope where it tumbled a few more feet, they don't seem to like that either. The other two I use on my Sony FX7 and Sony Video Light. Be careful to buy from a trusted source. I have gotten two counterfeits through the online auction site... first one did OK, but didn't last like a true Sony, so when I got the second I sent it back. I had my original battery 7 years. It was easy to order a replacement online and I received it in less then a week.

The battery is working as expected. The online purchase process was exceptional. No issues.

I ordered a RBC4 online...got free shipping with a coupon code! The new battery got here quicker than I expected. The product is excellent. So why isn't APC's batting average 1.000? I received two pages of recycling information for the old battery, instead of the prepaid mailing label I expected. I'm not angry, just mildly disappointed. APC's products remain the Gold Standard in the field.
