Cr2032 Battery To Fit My Car

I run through a bunch of CR2032 batteries every couple of months. I like these because battery life has been good, and I can buy them at a reasonable price through B&H.

The RAYOVAC CR2032 Lithium Battery (2-Pack) contained two, count-em two CR2032 cells. Absolutely amazing!!. These were purchased as spares, so I have not measured their voltage yet. Presumably, they will produce the rated 3 Volts and will last for 190 to 240 mAh. They are 20 mm in diameter, shiny and light weight and most likely contains some lithium & manganese dioxide so are technically a LiMn02 cells. FYI: They can explode if heated to more than 80 deg. C.

It charges a battery using your car. Not much else to say.

No one likes to pay $125.99 for a battery for anything. My car battery didn't cost that much, BUT it does the job and is long lasting enough that I don't have to worry about the "juice" running out when we do a four hour+ videography job. I'm using it on my new Rode TX-XLR transmitter and Sennheiser MD-46 reporter's microphone. I've only used it on one job so far, but know it will perform well in the future now that I've tried it even one time. I read the other reviews before buying that were very helpful in making the decision to purchase it.

The price is right and it included a car charge capability. My Canon battery didn't snap in quite as easily as it snaps into my Canon charger, but that's a very, very minor quibble.

I use this as a second charger for when I shoot weddings. I love that I can plug it in my car while changing locations or plug it in the wall to charge my two spare batteries at the same time. The batteries seem to hold a charge just as long when using this charger as when I use my my regular Canon charger. The green indicator light is useful and works properly. Although the battery does not fit in the charging station as smoothly, it does fit without damaging anything so it just takes some maneuvering of the battery to get it in there.

I needed a charger for the car to use with my Canon LP-E6 battery. When I received it, I first thought the battery could not fit in it, because it does not fit the same way as with the Canon charger I have. But I found the way to insert it by putting a bit of pressure while sliding it onto the charger. Once in place, it is securely in place and works like a charm in the cigarette lighter of my car, or on a regular socket. Even though it does not have the sophistication of the Canon battery that displays 3 stages of the charging status (it displays only a solid red light when charging and a green one when fully charged), I am very satisfied with this charger, it works perfectly and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it.
