Create New Apple Id Account On Computer

I just upgraded my desktop computer to an Apple Studio and wanted a keyboard with Touch ID. This keyboard is wireless and has a rechargeable battery. The Touch ID allows me to unlock the computer, open apps, websites and process payments with just a touch on my finger. The keys have a nice feel and the battery lasts a long time. Well with the cost.

New speed for my Computer !

My first NEW computer since 1991. My last new computer was an Apple Mac Quadra 840AV. I built my own Windows machines in the 90’s and 2000’s. Bought used Mac’s off eBay after that. 2007 and 2012 MacBooks. This is an incredible computer. I highly recommend it. Fantastic keyboard. Love it!

New computer required a new Spyder. This one worked well on the new Apple Big Sur Operating system with a new Mac Mini with M1 chip.

This is so amazing, I can even use my Apple music account with it! Just love it!!

The product is easy-to-use and works. I am very annoyed that the software tries to insist that you need to create an account with their website in order to set the device up; however, I circumvented that (I forget now exactly what I did), and all seems well. The great attraction of this device over competition is how friendly, easy and fool-proof it is for custom third-party software (eg. open-wrt). The product seems impossible to 'brick'! It gives you TWO internal places to store operating systems, and it makes relatively easy to switch between them. It is very easy to upload third-party firmware or to reset to factory-defaults. The default software seems fine, but isn't as visually 'pretty' as I've seen elsewhere (eg. verizon proprietary routers).

The front face buttons weren't quite as intuitive as I'd expected, but eventually you can figure it out. You will need to create an account with APC if you want to use the SmartConnect network cable. But the most important item of note - it is heavy! Lift with your knees, not your back. Better yet, buy a friend a (root) beer and get him/her/it to help you lift it.

Configurable, high capacity router with good firewall and security. Cons: You need to create a UI account to get started. Port aggregation is hard to find

Fast boot-up. New life to an old computer.

After multiple problems with Amazon (Id order a New, Unused toner cartridge and would always get a remanufactured, refilled, or even used one), I decided to give B&H a try. They came through as expected; brand new item, shipped quickly, received quickly.  I know where Im coming from now on when I need this kind of supply (and, now, will start looking at B&H for electronics/peripheral shopping first instead of just automatically going to Amazon).
