Unlike some shredded paper that is crinkled, B&H shredded paper is non abrasive, perfect for packing fragile glass items.

This is my second Falcon Paper Cutter. The first one lasted over 20 years and went to several continents with me and cut reams and reams of paper and card stock. It finally broke this year and I was heartbroken as I was having a hard time finding a new one. So I was ecstatic when I discovered that it was still made and was available at a good price. I like the fact that you can easily replace the blades and the cut is sharp and crisp every time whether cutting several sheets of paper, photos, or card stock. It's a great little cutter!

I've been in the market looking for cross poles for my savage paper backdrops, and they weren't too expensive, they just came with a shipping cost that I really didn't want to pay. Enter this gem. Comes in two pieces, compact box, and the locking mechanism is simple and secure. Quick tip, if you do get this, you might want to look into getting non-slip drawer mats to wrap around the poles ends. It adds friction so that if you have a pulley system to roll/unroll your backdrop, the pole won't spin inside the backdrop core. Great item to have for any backdrop.

I'm using this background support system for both still photography and video assignments with rolled seamless paper. The design of the stands with their interlocking stack make them easy to store and even easier to set up. The cross bar extends and locks firmly and mounts onto the stands as you would expect. My only minor gripe is that the fittings on each end of the cross bar don't fit easily through the tube of the seamless paper roll. They mount on the stands nicely, but you have to either screw in the retaining screw all the way or remove it for the bar to fit. (Look closely at the photos of how the cross bar attaches to the stand and you'll see what I mean.) This is only an inconvenience, but I would expect a product designed to be used with seamless rolls would have given this a little more consideration.

I use this to support both paper rolls and cloth backgrounds. Great value. The cross member is three separate pieces, and were hard to separate the first time, but work fine now.

I use this paper for special prints . I tested a good cross section of Hahnemuhle's paper and this was the one that gave me the best results. It was a hard decision because there were some pretty close matches but in the end it was the way this paper handled the shadow detail.

This paper is economical for me as all sizes I use can be cut from it. I also use the 13x19 size regularly.

Cross-conversion... wirelessly. We're talking cross, wirelessly. Stellar. I own two of these units. I like that the One transmitter can link to any amount of receivers when paired. Huge. Great size, weight, and impressive plug n' play functionality, and perfect 1/4 29 mounting options. Almost too easy... they pair THEMSELVES. The app allows you to monitor the video signal on your phone, record the feed, and allows you to "draw on the screen grabs" for notations. Wow. The range in these is great in challenging environments. I'm impressed. Dislikes : one A/C power supply per pair. Guys?! C'mon, if I didn't have ample SONY batts, I'd be in a jam. Ummm.... the price! I got these on the daily Deal Zone and paid $420 or so.... anything more, I would probably still make that leap based on knowing what I know now. If you need it, grab it. - Brian A.
